Guru, Friend and Protector

MuI am remembering an excerpt from great poet Jaishankar Prasad's poem “Aansoo”:

“The pain which was dense, remained in the head like a memory.

In the form of tears in a sad day, it has come to rain today.”

AIf I meditate, I am not here at all. I go somewhere else. I don't realize how much time passes.

I understand that Krishna is not our only God. He is our Guru, our friend, our protector, eternal, blissful, spiritual, destroyer, nurturer, our hope, our compassion, our prayer, our preacher, our guide, our life's charioteer, our complement and our motivator. He has loved us humans in every era. Same message has been given. Even if he took incarnation to end any evil, it was only because some tyrants wanted to keep the evil alive by overpowering love.I understand that Krishna is not our only God. He is our Guru, our friend, our protector, eternal, joyful, spiritual, destroyer, nurturer, our expectation, our compassion, our prayer, our preacher, guide, the charioteer of our life, our complement and our motivator.

uHe has given the message of love to us humans in every era. Even if He took incarnation to end any evil, it was only because some tyrants wanted to keep the evil alive by overpowering love.

AIf Arjun is anywhere then Krishna will also definitely come, one should know how to call. If Krishna comes then Shri, Vijay, Vibhuti and Achal Niti will automatically come, this is the message given by Shri Krishna in the last 700th verse 18/78 of Geeta. Every act of Shri Krishna teaches us something. Anyone can understand by looking at me how a person who did not know Krishna for 69 years, despite reading Geeta from his mother while in the womb, becomes a devotee of Krishna at the age of 70. It is only Krishna who can make this happen. Even a vampire who hates Lord Vishnu, after opening his eyes of knowledge, spends ages waiting to get a glimpse of him, we are human after all.

AOnce I was in meditation and was remembering those whom I have worshiped from time to time. First of all, I have worshiped and visited only Santoshi Mata for twelve years. When I remembered her, she said that I am the one who opens the door of the warehouse when you come for darshan, and finds me standing at the door. Then I remembered Hanuman ji, he remained silent and did not say anything. To visit him, I have been visiting the Hanuman Temple at Connaught Place continuously for twelve years. Then I remembered my mother Vaishno Devi and she said that I am the one who has brought you to the door of Shri Radhakrishna ji. I folded my hands and worshiped him with all my heart. Then when I saw the beautiful Salon Deity of Radhakrishna and bowed my head at his feet for his mercy, Hanuman ji said - "You thought that till coming here, I have not done anything for you. Who brings you here every day, have you ever thought?"

Tears started flowing from my eyes. I started thinking, how ungrateful I am. I was repeatedly apologizing to Hanuman ji and he was smiling but today the tears in my eyes wanted to flow completely.
