Krishna as a Guru

Krishna as a Guru

KrishnaWho is Krishna? It is very difficult to answer this in words. He is eternal, Krishna cannot be called merely God. If this were so, then the unborn and the supreme soul would not have to take birth again and again on this earth. He is the highest and highest Guru besides God. One who has taken education from him may hardly need to take any education in this life, let alone in any other life. Every word he said and every action he did is not only for mankind but also for the gods, sages and saints, it is a gateway to salvation. But he is a master of leela, that is why none of his words except Geeta are beyond leela. It cannot be understood what they will do in the next moment. He has taught true knowledge to us humans. By understanding this, we can not only support our family but also the future generations. He doesn't want to take anything from us, only wants to give us. But this has to be understood. And for that we will have to continue searching for the lesson of true knowledge given by him in his own words. Only then can we attain liberation. What he said is this knowledge of truth?

TTrue knowledge means that knowledge which is full of reality, truthfulness and eternal elements. This knowledge is beyond any illusion or illusion and is helpful in understanding the supreme truth of life. This is the path to spiritual liberation, salvation and self-realization. This knowledge tells us that whatever is visible in this world is momentary and temporary, whereas God i.e. the soul is the one Brahman truth and He is eternal, He has always been there and He will always remain there. He had said this in very simple words in Gita that the soul is immortal and our body made of flesh and bones is perishable, it has to be destroyed one day. Whatever is born will die as soon as it is born, in childhood, youth, middle age and or due to old age. This ultimate truth is the basis of all beings in the world. The body made of iron is perishable, it has to be destroyed one day. The one who is born will die as soon as he is born, in childhood, youth, middle age and or due to old age. This ultimate truth is the basis of all living beings in the world. Apart from this Whatever elements of Maya or material world are there in the world, they are temporary and not true. This true knowledge inspires us to rise above the cycle of birth and death. Just as a cotton seed is surrounded by threads due to its fibers, in the same way a human being is also surrounded by various kinds of troubles throughout his life. Brahma or God is the origin of this world and He is present everywhere. It is said in the Upanishads that only by attaining the knowledge of Brahma one can experience the unity of the soul and God. This world appears different in the form of Maya, but Brahman is true and one. Due to ignorance, a person gets trapped in illusion, and he remains entangled in the temporary happiness-sorrows, passions and hatred of the world. This ignorance is removed by true knowledge and the person truly understands the reality of the world. Satyagyan in Advaita Vedanta is to achieve the state of no distinction, where a person does not recognize any distinction between himself and God. He sees that soul and God are one and the same. The Raasleela performed by Shri Krishna is to make us aware of this situation. In Raas there is nothing between God and the Gopis. There is no hindrance of the body, there is only God and our soul, which is one. That can be called true union. This is the true knowledge that they want to give us. Because after that, none of your desires, any sorrow or happiness of yours remains, everything goes away or becomes complete. Because you yourself have become God, there is no desire or imperfection left, you have achieved everything.

भIn Gavadgita, Shri Krishna preaches this true knowledge to Arjuna. In the Upanishads, Satyagyan has been called Brahmavidya, which leads a person to attain salvation. This is a sutra of true knowledge stated in Chandogya Upanishad. It is said in it – ‘Tatvamasi’ i.e. ‘You are Brahman’. This also means that there is no difference between the soul and the Supreme Soul. This is the biggest message of true knowledge. If we rise above the bondages of Maya and understand the truth, then we will attain salvation i.e. freedom from the cycle of birth and death and will also attain spiritual peace and supreme bliss.

BrIn Hmavaivartapuranam, in Shri Krishnajanamkhandam Panchavinshodhyayah (25 chapters), Lord Vishnu says to sage Durvasa:

Putranpautrankaltransch Rajyaam Lakshmin Vihay Cha. ॥ 115॥

Dhyayante satatam ye maa ko me tebhyaah parah priyaah ॥ 114॥

Para bhaktanna me prana na cha lakshmirna shankar.

Neither Bharati nor Brahma nor Durga nor Ganeshwar. 115॥

Neither Brahmin, nor Vedascha, nor Vedajanani Para.

Neither Gopi, nor Cha Gopala, nor Radha, dear to the soul. 116॥

If a person leaves his wife, son, wealth, kingdom and grandson and constantly meditates on Me, how can I leave him?  I can't have anyone else dearer than him. Even my own life is not more dear to me than the love of that devotee. Know that Lakshmi, Saraswati, Shankar, Vedas, Vedjanani Savitri, Gopas, Gopis, Brahmins, Ganeshwar, Durga, even Brahma are not dear to me more than those devotees of mine. Even my most beloved Radha is not dearer to me than that devotee. What I have told you regarding my devotees is not an exaggeration. Those who do not know this do not know God at all. I am the life of Vaishnavgana and Vaishnavs are my life. I always remain under the control of the devotees, whether I remain in the double-armed form in Goloka or in the quadrangular form in Vaikuntha. My life remains in the proximity of my devotees, my Sudarshan Chakra always protects my devotees. I have told you this, this is really the essence.A person leaves his wife, son, wealth, kingdom and grandson and constantly meditates on Me, how can I leave him?  I can't have anyone else dearer than him.
