eSa Stotra means my son! May Shri Krishna protect your head, may Lord Vaikuntha protect your throat, may the Lord of Shwetdweep protect both your ears, may Shri Hari in the form of Yagya protect your nostrils, may Lord Narasimha protect both your eyes, may Dashrath's son Shri Ram protect your tongue, may Rishi Narayan protect your lips, may the four sages, the art incarnation of Lord Hari Sanakadik, protect your temples, may Lord Shwetavaraha protect your forehead, May Lord Narada protect the planet. May Lord Kapil protect your chin and may Lord Dattatreya protect your chest, may Lord Rishabhdev protect both your shoulders, always keep them safe. May Matsya Mahaprabhu protect both your hands. May the mighty King Prithu always protect your arms. May Kachhapaji always protect your stomach and Dhanvantriji always protect your navel, may the God who assumes the form of Mohini protect your secret country. May Lord Vamanavatar always protect your waist. May Lord Parshuram protect your back and may Badarayan ji protect both your thighs. Balbhadra ji, always take care of both your knees and Buddhadev ji, do not let any harm happen to your calves. May Lord Kalki protect your feet and ankles.

It is said that there can be no harm to anyone for whom this stotra is recited. This is a divine shield that does all the work. (Excerpts from the book Krishna Ek Satyagyan)
