Legal notice and terms of use
Updated: 26 October 2026
Purpose of this website
This website presents the books, published articles and ideas of Dr. Rajesh Takyar®. Its content and Sarathi’s answers are intended for general study and reflection. They are not a substitute for individual medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Automated answers from Sarathi
Sarathi is an automated question-and-answer service designed to draw on the author’s approved books and published articles. The author does not personally review every answer before it appears. Answers may contain errors, omissions or misunderstandings of a question. An automated explanation is not personal advice from the author, a verbatim statement by the author or a promise of any outcome.
Verify before relying on an answer
Check relevant original material before relying on an answer, translation, quotation or reference. Review the transcription of a spoken question before sending it; speech recognition and reading answers aloud may also introduce errors. Seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional for important personal decisions. This service is not an emergency assistance service.
Decisions and limitation of liability
Users are responsible for decisions and actions based on this website or Sarathi. No guarantee is made that content is entirely accurate, complete, suitable for every situation or capable of producing a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the author and website operator will not be liable for harm arising from use of or reliance on the content, or from service unavailability. This notice does not exclude or limit rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your questions and privacy
Questions, answers, service-usage information and any email you provide are saved privately for administration and support. Available information about whether a question was spoken or typed is also recorded. Available identity and session signals are used to distinguish visitor, author and technical-test questions in reports. Do not enter passwords, banking details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in a question. Do not disclose another person’s private information. The separate Sarathi privacy notice applies to question links received through Facebook.
External websites and book purchases
Book-purchase and other links may take you to external websites. Their prices, availability, payments, delivery, returns and privacy practices are subject to the relevant service’s terms. Check that information and those terms before purchasing or providing personal information. A link is not a guarantee of all external content or services.
Use of content
Rights in books, articles, images, audio and other material belong to their respective rights holders. Apart from private study and uses permitted by law, obtain the relevant rights holder’s permission before republication, commercial distribution or use in an altered form. Do not use material to attribute misleading statements or false endorsements to the author.
Availability and responsible use
Maintenance, network issues or other factors may interrupt service or delay answers. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or seek other users’ private information. If an answer appears problematic, verify it before relying on it for an important decision and report the issue through the website’s contact channel.
Jurisdiction
Subject to applicable law, only the competent courts in Gurugram (Haryana), India, shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this competition, publication of articles, voting, prizes or use of this website.
Contact and updates
Use the website’s contact page for errors in answers, content-rights questions or privacy concerns. Include the relevant page or answer reference without unnecessary sensitive information. An updated date will be shown when this notice changes. Changes will not remove rights protected by applicable law.
