How to Recite the Gayatri Mantra

VA dual man should first enshrine the letters of Gayatri in twenty-four places on his body from feet to head. With this effort he will experience ultimate peace. Then he will be called a great sage.
EFor this, he should apply 'Tat' of Gayatri Mantra in the toe, 'Sa' in the elbow, 'Vi' in both the calves, 'Tu' in his knees, 'Rv' in the thighs, 'Re' in the anus, 'Nya' in the testicles, 'M' in the In the waist, 'Bha' in the navel, 'Rgo' in the abdomen, 'De' in both the breasts, 'Va' in the heart, 'Sya' in both the hands, 'Dhi' in the mouth, 'Ma' in the palate, 'Hi' in the tip of the nose, 'Dhi' in both the eyes, 'Yo' in both the eyebrows, 'Yo' in the forehead and 'Nah' in the front part of the mouth. In this, 'Pra' should be placed in the southern part, 'Cho' in the western part and 'Da' in the northern part of the mouth. Then by placing faith in 'Yat' in your head, you should become omnipresent. By trusting these letters, a virtuous man becomes like Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.
FiAnd further another trust has been mentioned for the evening period. It is described. 'Om Bhooh' in your heart? After trusting, keep 'Om Bhuvah' in your head. Then practice 'Om Swah' in the hairline, 'Om Tatsaviturvarenyam' in your entire body, 'Om Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi' in your eyes and 'Om Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayat' in both the hands. After that, by reciting 'Om Apo Jyoti Raso'mritam Brahma Bhurbhuvah Swarom' and just touching water, the Dwija gets purified and attains Sri Hari. In this way, one who chants Gayatri consisting of Vyahriti and twelve Omkars three times along with Kumbhaka Kriya at Suryopasthanakaal (in the evening), becomes the Supreme Lord of Mahavidya and attains Brahmapada. This Gayatri along with Vyahritis should be re-established. By doing this he gets freedom from all sins. Nyas - The method is this - after reciting 'Om Bhooh Padabhyam', first touch both your feet. Similarly, by saying 'Om Bhuvah Janubhyam', touch both the knees, by saying 'Om Swah Katyam', touch the waist, by saying 'Om Mahah Nabhau' touch the navel, by saying 'Om Janah Hridaye', touch the heart, by saying 'Om Tapah Karyoah', touch both your hands, by saying 'Om Satyam Lalate' and touch your forehead by reciting Gayatri Mantra. Do it.
It has been repeatedly said in the scriptures that whenever we meditate on the image of our beloved, we should remember his form clearly. It may not be that you are taking the name of Radhakrishna but the image in your mind should be of Lord Shiva or Lord Vishnu. And in the same way, when you are standing in front of Radhakrishna and singing the aarti of Vishnu ji or Mata, then it is also not appropriate. This clearly means that you yourself are doubtful about whom you are asking for.It has been said repeatedly in the scriptures that whenever we meditate on the image of our beloved, we should remember his form clearly. duSara, whenever you remember your beloved, call him by whatever name you know. The name of any person is valid only when he has performed some activity giving meaning to that name. Its second meaning is that you should repeatedly describe the activities done by your beloved, only then they become happy. This has been said in many books.
UWhatever part of the body the eyes fall upon, the eyes remain stuck there or in other words, they are not able to move away. This is the true knowledge which you can read and hear again and again and cross the jungle of this world. If you understand this then you don't need anything else.
