AGe Lord Varaha says - “O Vasudhe! Those who worship me without flower garland and fragrance, after death attain Rakshasa Yoni. The meaning of Rakshasa Yoni is that they live in impure places for 21 years. For atonement, such a person will have to fast for 21 days, eating only eight grams of food. Whoever does this, His crime of incense sticks ends.”

MisterThe person who comes near me after wearing a shoe spends his life as a cobbler for 13 years and after that he gets the life of a dog for his worship without making any sound. If he sleeps under the open sky on any of the Shuklapaksha days, he becomes free from the sins of those who pollute the air around me in one birth, then become a monkey, then a jackal and then a goat. Then his sin is erased."

Pra: By brushing teeth the body gets purified. All this is written in 136 chapters of Shrivarahapuranam.
